Once children reach a stage of maturity (12-15 ish) they can watch M rated movies. Most kids now have mobile phones, MSN and some even have laptops all these item can display what you would find in an M rated movies. Also kids watch Family Guy, Futurama and simpsons these are rated M and parents let thier child watch them......... whats the difference
